The inspection includes a visual assessment of accessible areas supported where appropriate by professional surveying equipment including damp meters, a Protimeter MMS3 moisture measurement system and an infrared imaging camera.

Where access is available observations are also made within loft spaces, cellars and basements.

Importantly, no skirting boards, flooring or other parts of the property are removed or damaged as part of the standard inspection.

A £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining £275 balance is payable before the completed report is released. The report provides the relevant findings and professional observations from the survey.
