Professional Non-Intrusive Damp Survey - £250

Our professional no-intrusive damp survey is designed to provide independent observations of visible damp and moisture-related concerns within the property.

The inspection is carried out without removing or damaging skirting boards, flooring or other parts of the property as part of the standard survey.

Where access is available, observations are also made within loft spaces, cellars and basements.

The survey is supported where appropriate by professional surveying equipment, including damp meters , a Protimeter MMS3 moisture measurement system and an infrared thermal imaging camera.

A £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining £150 is payable before the completed report is released.

A written report will provide the relevant findings and professional observations from the survey.
